Underground Fitness

I have trained at many gyms over the last 17 years. Underground is by far the cleanest and most organized gym, also "most complete" in the Fairfield county area. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gym to come here and take a look. Happy member. 💪

Great gym for the new and experienced. Opened almost 24 hours a day so it’s easy to find time to work out. Staff is also very kind.

Coming to this gym has been the best decision I have made and I highly recommend coming here rather than the other local gyms. The staff is awesome and makes you feel like your at home, it’s always clean, and of the hours are the best part!

I have lifted in many different gyms throughout my life and this is by far my favorite. The trainers and staff are very friendly and everything is clean. It is a very nice environment to work out in and there are plenty of machines and weights for all levels of lifting.
